| Upon receipt of your membership and approval, you will receive a unique User ID and Password. This login is your gateway to access lower fares and pricing not available to general consumers. An international travel club provides information as to savings that may be available in the open marketplace. Passport Premiere provides the system to not only identify lower priced options buts assists members in securing non published fares. Similar to trading other commodities, Passport Premiere assists members identify lower priced itineraries options that may not be easily identifiable in the open market place. The combination of contract pricing and market knowledge provides members an understanding if they have already secured the lowest possible pricing or if adjustments can be made for further price reductions. There are select business class promotional fares that are reserved for our Passport Premiere members with leading carriers including Cathay Pacific, Delta Airlines Emirates, Japan Airlines, Qatar Airways and Qantas. An international travel club may only promote special offers available with various carriers. Passport Premiere provides the procurement vehicle for savings and execution. These special business and first class fares may contain restrictions, including an advance purchase requirement of 7 -14 days for even greater savings. However, the rules are noticeably reduced when compared to the special promotional fares and prices made available by airlines directly. Passport Premiere members planning business or first class international travel to the Middle East with Emirates, even using the A380, can benefit from savings at any time. An international travel club does not provide its members an analytical synopsis of the drivers controlling international premium class travel. We do not support stand alone economy class travel or premium class travel within one continent (i.e. travel between the U.S. and Canada, intra European travel etc). Passport Premiere has limited offers for travel originating in Canada or Mexico. An international travel club tries to be all things to all people. We analyze a prospective applications travel requirements in relation to our areas of strength prior to accepting new members. An international travel club promotes various offers. | Fare Monitor can save you thousands on international trips planned and purchased several months in advance. Many travelers believe that purchasing early guarantees them access to the lowest fare levels, but this is no longer true. Premium cabin fares are volatile and pricing can move wildly just like the commodity and equity markets The current trend is for carriers to offer higher than expected pricing for future dated travel(more than 60 days from the booking date). The underlying principal is to establish a market and a minimum ask price allowing travelers to bid pricing up. As the departure date approaches, carriers can slash fares by over 50% in order to distribute distressed inventory not sold at the higher price levels. Remember, if you purchase a non refundable fare too early most carriers DO NOT refund you the difference if a lower fare is introduced at a later date. Fare Monitor allows Premiere Members to take advantage of downward fare movements as they happen. First, Passport Premiere defines the members travel requirements and pricing on the date of the request. The current pricing and demand is analyzed against lowest fare offered over the previous 12 months for the requested route. If lower fares are anticipated at a future date, the itinerary is placed on Fare Monitor which analyzes pricing daily and e-mails the member a progress report every day. When there is a fare change, the member advised if the new pricing is a BUY or if they should continue to HOLD for additional savings. The member is only required to make a financial commitment once they are ready to lock in their fare and complete the purchase. Only Passport Premiere puts its members in position to capture fare sales or lower contracted fares as they are introduced. Once again, more than an international travel club. Examples of guidance you could have benefited from in 2011 as a member! On May 1st, 2011, business class fares between the U.S. and Europe for June, 2011 travel were hovering in the mid 4K range from the east coast and mid 5K range from the west coast. After analyzing the supply of unsold seats, we advised our members contemplating travel to HOLD on their purchases as significant fare reductions were likely. On May 20th, 2011 most U.S. and European carriers unilaterally lowered their business class fares down to $2,438 + taxes. Travelers who did not follow our guidance bought at significantly higher fare levels. Because most tickets are non refundable, travelers that bought too early were not able to take advantage of the price reductions. On December 3rd, 2011, Passport Premiere detected weakening business class demand for January, 2012 travel. Passport Premiere alerted its members that fare reductions were likely and to hold on purchases. On December 15th 2011 most U.S. and European carriers lowered business class fares from the mid 4K range to as low as $1,133 round trip plus taxes for 2012 travel. This move was designed to retest the pricing support level and allow the remaining seats to be sold at much higher levels. Fortunately, those Premiere members that bought on our recommendation need not to worry about future price hikes. Air Pacific operates nonstop service between Los Angeles and Fiji, with direct connections to Australia or New Zealand. Air Pacific business class pricing is among the most competitive for business class travel to the South Pacific. Passport Premiere members can also enjoy significant savings with Air Tahiti Nui which operated between Los Angeles and Papeete as well as nonstop service between Los Angeles and Paris. Members can enjoy sensational savings with Air Tahiti Nui in First Class on the Los Angeles Paris route as well as Los Angeles Papeete. Asiana, a member of the Star Alliance, offer convenient connections from several U.S. cities to Asia via Seoul. Asiana is a member of the Star Alliance.
